Illusion Illusion

Illusion dice are used in a number of ways, and each has specific rules. They are most often placed as status counters or effects on enemies, allies, empty hexes, etc. Illusion skill dice still in play at the end of battle are exhausted.

Associated Stat: MagickaMagickaRepresents the adventurer's capacity to roll dice for spellcasting skills, as well as those skills' range.

Required Battle Form: Magic IconMagicRange: Up to Magicka stat. This represents engages using Magicka, such as Destruction Staff. Combat dice cannot be gathered to roll with this form.

FAQ

Does Mayhem "turn off skills" because it says "...deal that rolled damage to the enemy unit before it uses skills or engages"?

This skill would work the same if it just said "...deal the rolled damage to the enemy before it engages" - as "before it uses skills" is just be a timing indication, and all relevant skills happen during the engage anyway.

Yes. “S” dice are considered status dice. It is intentional that they are called this.
